Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Once an order has shipped, customers will receive tracking information when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Mada Supreme Botanica is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Once a package is accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.
