Due to the nature of our spiritual and metaphysical products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, burned, or altered items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Mada Supreme Botanica within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Approved refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by us
